Durable waterproof polyurethane coated Vynmed™ Health Care Vinyl Cover Soft-supple feel offers exceptional comfort and includes a tear resistant double-sided coating. This cover has a built-in fluid barrier, is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, stain resistant, antistatic, Non-allergenic, non-irritating, Latex Free and is self-deodorizing.

Fire Barrier Protective Layer assembled between the cover and foam provides an additional layer of fire protection which helps this mattress meet California Technical Bulletin 129 and CFR 1633.

8” thick Certi-PUR-US foam provides comfortable support for individual’s up to 500lbs. Includes a a 2” Conforming Top Layer and a 2” Performance Internal Layer and a 2” Semi-Firm Foam Layer and a 2” Supportive Foam Base Layer that will not flatten out. Uniquely designed with a specially designed high-density core to last longer than a traditional innerspring mattress.

Built in waterproof vent system (Super-A-Vent ™) which allows air to pass through the cover to enjoy the comfort of the foam and to allow the mattress to expand.

Quick and easy set-up


1. Removed from the box within 14 days from the shipment day to insure the product integrity and not void the warranty.	2. Cut the outer bag with scissors, carefully avoid cutting the mattress. Do not use sharp object. Remove bag.	3. Roll out the compressed mattress onto your bed frame, platform or flat surface. You may flip later for comfort level.	4. Carefully out the plastic bag along the edges with scissors and watch as the mattress instantly begins to decompress. Remove the plastic covering.	5. Allow 24-48 hours for your mattress to fully expand to it's original shape and size.
