This mattress is fully enclosed in a durable, waterproof healthcare-grade vinyl cover designed to protect against incontinence, spills, and everyday accidents. The surface has a soft, smooth feel for comfortable nightly sleep while standing up to frequent cleaning and daily use.
Ultrasonically sealed seams create a continuous moisture barrier that helps prevent liquid from reaching the foam core. This sealed construction reduces the risk of leaks, odors, and internal damage over time.
The polyurethane-coated Vynmed™ healthcare vinyl is built with a tear-resistant, double-sided coating and a built-in fluid barrier. It is latex-free, non-allergenic, and non-irritating, making it suitable for sensitive skin. The cover is also designed to help resist stains and reduce odors, keeping the mattress cleaner and fresher between cleanings.
A protective fire-barrier layer is assembled between the cover and foam to provide an added level of safety and help the mattress meet flammability standards, including California Technical Bulletin 129 and CFR 1633.
To maintain comfort, the mattress includes a built-in waterproof vent system (Super-A-Vent™) that allows air to circulate through the cover. This airflow helps the foam perform as intended while supporting proper mattress expansion — all without compromising waterproof protection.

Remove from the box within 14 days from the shipment day to insure the product integrity and not void the warranty.

Cut the outer bag with scissors, carefully avoid cutting the mattress. Do not use a sharp object. Remove bag.

Roll out the compressed mattress onto your bed frame, platform or flat surface. You may flip later for extended use.

4.
Carefully cut the plastic bag along the edges with scissors and watch as the mattress instantly begins to decompress. Remove the plastic covering.

Allow 24-48 hours for your mattress to fully expand to it's original shape and size before using.
