NAMC Stretcher & Gurney Mattresses feature Multi-layered, Medical grade, High resiliency, Urethane foam. The removable, Vynmed healthcare vinyl cover is fluid proof, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, stain resistant and comes with a protective fluid flap over the heavy-duty zipper located under the mattress(the zipper is located at the foot)to unsure no fluid contamination. All mattresses include our 12-month standard Warranty.
